Although rich in content, the app and website do not yet reflect the quality and convenience expected by today's digital readers. 🎯 Goal: Refresh the overall look and user experience to increase user retention, conversion and satisfaction.

Confusing navigation made it difficult for users to explore important features such as book collections and subscriptions. The lack of a relevant recommendation system also makes the reading experience feel generic. This results in low user retention and conversion to premium services.
