PT Swadharma Duta Data is a company engaged in information technology and security system solutions. In order to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing employee attendance, the company decided to digitize the attendance system which was previously still done manually using paper. This project focuses on designing an attendance application user interface (UI) that is modern, intuitive, and easily accessible by all employees.

PT Swadharma Duta Data previously used a paper-based manual attendance system that was inefficient and error-prone. The recording and recap process took a long time, was difficult to monitor in real-time, and made it difficult for employees to view their own attendance history. The system also lacked transparency and made it difficult for the HR division to report.

As a solution, a digital attendance application with a user-friendly and responsive interface was developed. This application allows employees to check-in/out independently, view attendance history, and receive automatic notifications. HR also gets a dedicated dashboard to monitor attendance and access data in real-time, making the administration process much more efficient.
