Vocasia is a digital learning platform that connects professional instructors with learners from various backgrounds. To support instructors' performance in managing classes, materials, and interactions with participants, Vocasia provides an instructor-specific dashboard. However, as the features and users increase, the old dashboard has limitations in terms of UX and efficiency. This project aims to redesign the dashboard to be more intuitive, informative, and easy to use by instructors.

In addition, the absence of real-time insights made it difficult for instructors to monitor class performance. The lack of responsiveness also made the user experience on mobile devices feel less than optimal.

The design team undertook a complete redesign with a focus on ease of navigation, real-time data presentation, and a more structured look. Important features such as class management and participant statistics are now more easily accessible through the main dashboard. The new design is also fully responsive, ensuring comfort across all devices. This process was supported by live testing with active instructors to ensure a relevant solution.

Real-time insights also encourage more active interaction between instructors and participants, increasing class engagement by 20%. The new dashboard is now more intuitive, responsive and ready to support future feature development.
